resizing the window problem

now im working on my second project www.megaheights.net
try to resize as you notice all elements in the page was resize. But the main problem is how i can resize the window height according to the page height.. the page height i mean is the red bar at the side..

ok thanks..now check the site www.megaheights.net i already updated it.. then try to resize the window as you see the white color on the buttom.. what i want is when the user stop resizing the window the window will automatically resize according to the height of the red bar.
