Something other than browser breaking scripts?

I'm trying to resolve a potential bug report with a system on our site and I'm stumped and hoping someone here can lend a helping hand.

We're running Mootools' js slide on one of our forms to slide-out a couple of select menus based on the value of a radio button.

A user reported today that when they click the radio button that's supposed to drop the select menus, nothing happens.

I gathered all of their system data and ran tests. Everything work on my end using their browser and configuration (FF).

I personally tested our scripts on IE 6+, FF, Safari, Safari Windows, Netscape and Opera and it functions properly.

The kicker is that all of the other things on our site that utilize javascript were working fine for them.

I'm grabbing at straws here. I can't break the script no matter what I try. Is there something outside of the browser that could be affecting a single javascript. Anti-virus or adware perhaps?

Thanks for your input.

Have you had them try flushing their cache and trying again? Maybe it's just a corrupted file in their browser cache?
