i'm running a server that yada yada.. i run it thru a dns server but ther server adds a small frame at the bottom. help me.

Sounds like it is some sort of domain parking/redirect service. Is this the case?
If so it would probably be against their Terms of Service to try an get rid of that frame.
My best suggestion is to get your domain and web site fully hosted by a professional company.
