How to identify a DIV on my web page (not Newbie!)

addthis

I have added AddThis button to my page, and I need to uniquely identify their DIV because the zIndex for their floating window shows up behind my DIV (not flash!).

Is there a way I can see what their DIV id is? name is? I have FF with Firebug, IE with Developer toolbar as well as debug bar.

Thanks!

I have integrated the AddThis javasript and graphic into my javascript and use only the graphic, not the rest of the code.

The graphic is also placed into my allbuttons.png

2 requests less

BTW, I removed this week AddThis. Very inefficient

Yeah, I am infact using my own graphic and was just today thinking of integrating their JS into mine. Glad to know that it works :)

Why do you think it is is inefficient?

My visitors

20.000 clicks on AdSense Ads per month
100 subscriptions to my newsletter
1 or 2 click the AddThis Button

yes, I do agree with you on that! The adoption/usage of it is dismal.

Interestingly enough it has the BEST real estate on almost every web property that you visit. Wonder why?

The great fear to miss the next hype

The hope that this could bring links to the own site.

Since last year tested and removed:

Feedburner
AdSense for feeds
AddThis

What brought real more page impressions was the big redesign of my sites.

Load time optimization, controll the sequence of loading
compressed javascript delivery
compressed html delivery
All buttons and logos in only one graphic
