Looking for State County City Dropdown Script

I am looking for an ajax State-County-City drop down list. I have Googled it to a large extent and can only find snippets. But what I need is the entire list with the cities already in the script or db. All 18,0000 or so. I am sure for something like this I would have to pay out, but even so I can not find where. Does anyone know of one for download?

Never mind. I found all of the data here: [geonames.usgs.gov...] and I can find a script to utilize this data. That always happens. I will spend hours searching. And when I finally break down and write a post, I find the answer soon after.
