Round to next power of 5

If got an array with an arbitrary number of members. Is there a way to round up to the next power of five? For example - if the array has 3 members, return 5; if it has 37 members, return 40.

Add 4.
Divide by 5.
Throw away remainder.
Multiply by 5.

That'll round up to the next multiple of five, not power of five.

HowManyMembers = Members.length + ( 5 - Members.length%5 ); 
} else {
HowManyMembers = Members.length;
}

or something like that
