Hello,

I looked at my website on a 24 inch screen and it really looks terrible, small and not centered, whereas it looks great on a regular laptop.

I need my website to detect the screen size of people so they actually see something if they have a big flat screen !

I am wondering how to do this is ? what is the line of code ? and if so where to put it ? index.php file ?

Thank you,

tangor

Code to no boundaries (other than containers) and use em's or percents. That way, no matter what size screen---or less than full screen browser window---everything is fluid. Also test with zoom aspects to see how that goes, too.

Either that or just insist that the current code is best and force visitors to change their native resolutions back to 800x600. Meant as tongue-in-cheek humor, but not too far from the mark. These days screen resolutions are all over the map and most folks running wide-screen never run their browsers full screen, so it gets even more muddy. There are many answers, but few are fast and furious. (sigh)
