Save a Sale pop up? / 2nd chance offer?

You know those pop ups jump up when you try to leave the site by hitting the back button or X'ing out.
im searching high and low for how to make them and the REAL name for them. Im not a web programmer so im running across pop up generator pages and I know that isn't what I want. Intellichat sparked my interest in giving these things a try.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I think you are looking for a exit script, and it's a sure way to make sure most users never return. Run away!

well i was going to put it on an opt-in type page, so most likely they wouldn't ever return again anyway
