My javascripts are being hacked

Someone is playing with my JS files

Hi,

Recently I updated one of my website and a downloaed agent code" was uploaded along with my one JS file.

Now the situation is.. gogle has put "this website may harm your computer" below my url and whenever i try to remove my JS codes, it seems like it is being rewritten again and again.

Please let me know how come someone rewrite my code? what kind of file should i look into my website which is generating thse codes?
