Search Engine Friendly URLs

Are .jsp pages search engine friendly?

Hi,

I have heard that .html pages are search engine friendly.But is the .jsp and .asp or .do pages search engine friendly.I have the scripts in jsp.In order to make it search engine friendly what should i do?

if you can, don't create url's with file-endings. link to folders. i understand that this isn't always possible. jsp files like most other files output html so a search engine shouldn't have any problem...the technology behind what is serving your pages is probably what you should be concerned with, not so much the file ending.
