javascript scrollbar for iframe?

I'm looking for a script to put a horizontal/vertical javascript scrollbar next to an iframe.

Iframes come with scrollbars built-in. Why use a script?

because a client wants a flash-like site, and wants to use a CMS which can not work with flash, so I choose DHTML.

meanwhile, got the scrollbar going and got the vertical as well, but don't have a mockup online.
