Anyone have any thoughts on this, noob question:

I'm trying to use the simplest of all functions.

$S()

, but it errors: $S is not defined

---

in my head, I have prototype.js called already. any thoughts, this makes no sense... because it is declared in prototype.js isn't it?

Thanks for thoughts.

No, there is no $S() method defined in prototype.js (at least not in version 1.5.1.1).
