You can make it difficult for an inexperienced user to view the source of your page but you can not actually prevent the source from being sent.

How can I block source of page? I mean View ->> show source not active? plx help. I know it is possible!
No, it's not possible. As whoisgregg wrote, you can make it difficult to read, but you can't block it entirely. My suggestion, don't waste your time trying. It has already been well established that this is not possible.
