Thats the link to a javascript media player... id like to send someone a direct link to one of the videos, but i have no idea how to get it. Lil help, please?

I would actually recommend simply sending a link to the page in question. There are reasons why people obscure source files like that, and you should not try to violate their right to do so.
For the same reason, many do not link to a clip directly, instead they link to a wrapper which then calls the clip. I am sure this is also true in your case.
So, if sending a link to the page where the clip can be found is not an option, I would recommend contacting the people behind the site and ask for a direct link. Explain the reason why you want it, and let them decide.
