Javascript corners script generate warnings in IE7

Will JS warnings in IE7 cripple sites in the future?

I have just found and started using a neat program that creates a huge variety of corners for CSS boxes using JS with one simple file.

Anyway in IE7 it generates the warning that scripts are restricted "that could access your computer", typical nanny MS, and doesn't run it until I agree to.

Am I buying trouble by using this script in the future?

This site is for another person and the corners are integral into the design.

Not running the script leaves a square box so it doesn't kill the page, but the warnings are a pain and may put off visitors.

Surely its not just this script that is affected, what have others thought about this issue? I know I could insitute another form of corner rounding, but its a darn nice script and so easy for the owner to play with.

Damn, its not just local but on the net as well.

Also although it woked well in Firefox previously, now with the latest update it doesn't work at all, nor with teh latest release of Opera.

Guess its back to the drawing board for this one :)
