Javascript easy popup hint

I want to create an easy hint system (with javasript). When user will point on the text, it will popup small square near mouse pointer. When user will go out the square will disapear. I want an easy script - that everybody could understand it.

A CSS hover: assignment would probably be a better choice than JavaScript.
