Double Button Sound

Is it possible to beep on a button push (onclick) when a submital is in process? Would like to provide feedback to the users when they click on a button while the page or item (AJAX) is updating. (I'm using a touch screen)

Hhhmmm, seems like a popular Q today! Whether a browser normally makes a "click" sound on a form submit does seem to be very much down to the browser / OS / individual machine - some do, some don't (mine doesn't!)

Forcing a sound could be problematic I would have thought. In order to provide feedback to users it may be best to provide something visual - perhaps simply disabling the button after they have clicked it might be enough?
