HTTP Sniffer

Recommendations needed for HTTP Sniffer.

Since I'm doing more Ajax development, I'd like to get recommendations for a good HTTP sniffer.

Any suggestions?

Ethereal. It will snif more than just HTTP, but you can filter the results to only show HTTP traffic.
