creating google style ads

Hi There,

Does anyone know of a script available to create google adsense style ads? I have been looking but cant find one anywhere.

I run an e-commerce store and we are just looking to rotate some different special offers in this format across our site.

If anyone could point me to a sample script or tutorial I would really appreciate it
