Scrolling Javascript text on top of image

Hello,

I have never done any Javascript and I want a specific effect that I believe JS would be the right tool. What I want to do is have an image of an Ipod and have my playlist scrolling across only the portion of the image that looks like the display.

It would be great if the scrolling text would stop for a few seconds on each song title. Is this possible?

put the image as a background with the "scroller".js of choice running in the same layer or table ..... maybe a vertical scriller would look nice
