module for "if you like this page, you'll love"

You've probably seen it before: A add-on to the bottom of an informational article or something similar: "If you liked this page, you'll may also be interested in:
- similar page #1
- similar page #2
- etc

I could manually add this info for every page in my site, but it strikes me there should be a smooth, automated dynamic tool for this. Something that will look for keywords on a page, then display links to other internal pages with similar keywords.

Anyone familiar with a resource like this?

Nope, it would probably have to be done server-side, which is probably where all your files are stored, right?
