Automatic Submit Process?

I'd like to have the page be submitted automaticly.

I'm working on a project where the visitor is given a challenge, he/she needs to fill out or respond in a certain mannor before "time" runs out. No timmer is to be displayed however I want to have my page's SUBMIT button automaticly activate itself after a period of time. How?
