IP range redirect

Yo all.

I got a .htaccess which blocks many IP's and IP ranges and directs them to the "403" page (customizable)

I want to direct a particular IP range to saaaaaaay... c.html or c.php whilst everyone else still gets directed to the normal 403 error page.

Anyone know how I can do this? My box only supports PHP and CGI ... so no ASP VB script, etc.

If your server doesnt support javascript, then there is no solution.
