Javascript needed to call functions

Hi everyone, I'm officially giving up. I have an html form, that calls an asp file which it uses to submit, I need the form to offer the option of attaching a file. Our web host site tells me we have access to an asp upload handler from Software Artisens, called FileUP. However, I seem to be incapable of even a simple if statement in javascripting, so I will need someone to write the functions necessary to call the fileup utility and process the upload that will then be attached to the emailed results from the form. Could those of you with time and knowledge please let me know how much you would charge to write this bit of code? I've been weeks and weeks with it and know no more then when I started. This is something that will need to be done by the ASP. JavaScript is for client-side, and the attaching the uploaded file to the form mail will need to be done on the server side.

Could those of you with time and knowledge please let me know how much you would charge to write this bit of code?
