Is there any point in using more than # for purposes of seo? I have seen some use "#keyword-keyword-keyword" - just wondering if that would be advantageous.

I wouldn't do it. You could confuse browsers and bots. If the bots see it as a new page then you run the possability of duplicate content. It could also cause errors in browsers which scare visitors away.

If you use a # in a link it should either point nowhere, just a pound, or should point to a part of the page through an a name.
