Question on disableing Popups

Hi I run a traffic exchange. For those that don't know what that is let me explain. A user views other members' sites and earns credits. Their site is then show to other members until the credits are used up. The surfing is done in a framed page. The top page is the surf bar. The bottom frame is the member web site. Is there a way I could put code into my top frame so that the members' web sites in the bottom frame cannot open a popup window.

Thanks,
Jeff Harnisch

I am pretty sure you cannot control the behavior of others' websites from your own with Javascript.

Perhaps you could put a "no popups" rule in your Terms of Service for exchange members, or suggest popup blocking software to the users.
