Need help with adding prices to a page

HI,

I'm stuck, I'm trying just to add two new prices to my order page and when i think I've got it working, it doesn't work.

I copied the code at the top of the page to the bottom and somehow the order link is not getting passed to where it should be going.

Um, really hard to say. Shoppingcart? 'Buy' button? But I don't think you can just copy and paste and add a new price only. I'm guessing there should be something like a unique ID in every piece of code.
