Hello,
New here.
Wanted to ask if you would look at my page.
<SNIP>

Would google constitute this page as spamming? or am I alright?

I'm trying to rank higher for keyword "Keyword"

I have added the <h1> to keyword at the top of the page but can not get the <h2> to display the keyword "keyword forum" below properly.
Could someone show me how in html?

Welcome to the HTML and Browsers forum - we can help you with the HTML question here, but Google questions belong in the Google News Forum [webmasterworld.com].

...can not get the <h2> to display the keyword "keyword forum" below properly

Since you say you cannot get your H2 content to display the way you intend, the first step would be to check your mark-up to see if it is valid. The best place to do that is the W3C's free online validators:

W3C Validator - HTML [validator.w3.org]
W3C Validator - CSS [jigsaw.w3.org]

Trying to fix a display problem can be very frustrating if you have an error and don't realize it.
