all sites are trusted!

few days ago i noticed the trusted sites sign on the right bottom of my I.E 6 browser,the problem is that i did not add any site to the trusted sites zone,actually the trusted sites zonre are empty,still when i enter any site this sign will appear.any help will be appreciated,and thanks.

if you go to tools, internet options, then the security tab, make sure your trusted sites isn't set to low.

but why does that happened?is it a virus?
