No History in IE

Is there a way to stop your website appearing in IE History?

I want to stop my website appearing in the IE history dropdown so visitors cannot access a page via this method days later.

My website is static HTML - i would hope to use meta or javascript but might be able to manage a server side solution, but the simpler the better!

Can anyone help?
