Can a URL be directed like this

I have a domain, lets say it's www.mydomain.com I also have another domain www.mydomain2.com

is there a way that I can set it up so that when someone types or clicks a link for www.mydomain2.com they go to www.mydomain.com and still have the URL read www.mydomain2.com in their browser.

my goal is. I want everyone to think they are at www.mydomain2.com when in fact they are at www.mydomain.com.

You can always use frames. But they are not very good for search engine optimization.

Alternatively you can do page scraping which will slow down you web-site.
