Scrolling w/o a Scroll Bar?

Hi:

You know how Flash sites allow you to put your mouse on top of an up or down arrow to scroll through text? Is there a way to do this without Flash? Maybe a solid JS technique...

You can see what I mean by looking at the site in my profile. I just want to remove that scroll bar and replace it with something more customized if at all possible. The content is in an iframe, the iframe within a div.

Can I scroll the content in the iframe within the div without a scrollbar, maybe a crafty script - something?
