Form help for attaching documents

I have been using a standard form on my site for a while now and have just started to except articles from the general public.

I want them to be able to attach documents to the form and then submit it. The form just uses the sendmail script to then email it to me.

Can any one point me in the direction of a tutorial or help me out :) I have been using forms for as long as I can remember and have never had to do this.

I've used a script called Soupermail that has an attachment handling routine built it. It's at sourceforge, but doesn't look like it's been updated in some time...
