Safari and cookies?

where are they

I am using a MAC laptop for the first time and trying to figure out where cookies are stored and how to erase them. I know how to clear history and cache but not cookies

please help

Look under the Preferences > Security Tab. Click the button "Show Cookies" to view / delete them. (ScreenShot [homepage.mac.com]).

Do any of those Safari "Enhancer" apps have a clear cookie/cache/history menu item rolled into one? Or for that matter, any other nifty tools that makes them worth adding?

If you look in the Safari menu you'll find Reset Safari....

For some reason, I always assumed that Reset Safari would delete the bookmarks, returning it to "factory installation" condition. I suppose I have a different definition of 'reset' than Apple. That's what I get for assuming... :)
