how to link #anchor in a folder

I am building a site where the site itslef has no files, only folders
eg.

mysite.com/builders/4/2

How do I link to #goodguys if #goodguys is a named anchor on the above page?

mysite.com/builders/4/2/#goodguys seems to work, but fails my link checking software....
