Has anyone seen statistics relating to Browser Usage in Eastern Europe? Is the breakdown more or less the same as in the West or is there a bias of some kind?

Look for "statistiques navigateurs" or "usage navigateurs" so that you will have European statistics (mostly French in this case). Look for the translation in German, Spanish, but be aware that the figures interest webmasters so Mozilla, Firebird, Opera will have a higher rank.
A few forums, but not in English will give you many links.

Sorry, I have had links from these sites but you could try Russian browser stats. I found lots of interesting sites in English.
