Is it possible for us to know who (user) have download, copy, or print our site? May be we identify it through their ip address or username(if the page do have member login also).
Where can I get these info?

A user can load the page, go offline and then copy/print. There's absolutely no way to track that.

Note that WebmasterWorld has an entire forum devoted to tracking and logging. Check out the library and sift through old posts there (that's what I'm doing lately to learn more about the subject).
