window sizing

hi. im having trouble figuring out how to control the sizes of windows in dreamweaver. I'd like to have my whole site, frames and all, in one window with none of the explorer buttons etc. Incase you have no idea what im talking about, here is an example of the kind of things im after <snip>

if you have any idea how to do this, please help.
