Hide horizontal scrolling bars

Hi, all together

I am using frames (scrolling="yes"). When the contents of the frame (only text!) exceeds the limit of the viewable area the scrollbars are blended in. That's ok vor the vertikal scrollbar, but not for the horizontal. That should be hidden. It seams that the text flows under the vertikal scrollbar so that the IE-Browser believes I need the horizontal to see the last letter. But I don't wnat the sh* horizontal scrollbar.

Sorry, I have to make a correction :-)

the frame is not set with srolling="yes" (If I do this I don't have the problem, the vertikal scrolling bar is visible permanently)
