I just recently had Windows XP PRo installed. Now when I use my explorer (through a router shared by 1 other computer), I get messages like "302 moved" or "page cannot be displayed". It seems to happen when I am getting redirected to another site.

The other computer I use right beside this one (Windows XP home) does not get this error.

After I get the "page cannot be displayed", I am unable to access the internet anymore. I must close down the computer to re-establish connection. I have tried to take off the firewall and antivirus that I have to see if that helps and it doesn't.

Has anyone run across this? Any suggestions for a fix?

See if you have an internet connection after that happens, hit 'start', 'run', type 'cmd', then ping the site you are looking for: 'ping msn.com' for example, minus the '. That's the first thing to check, then check the network connections tab in your ie, tools, internet options, connections, make sure your connection information is right.
