Is there such a thing out there that will allow you to pretend your PC is a Mac so I can see how a page will look on a Mac browser?

Basilisk II, which emulates classic Macs (i.e. before Powermacs) which means it's not capable of running any contemporary Mac browsers. Worth noting that you need a Mac OS CD to run it too.
Otherwise your only options are Browsercam or a real Mac!

Nice link - not come across that before. For the record, Browsercam does Mac IE5, Safari 1.1 and Konqueror under Linux, as well as the usual PC browsers and Mozilla under the various OS's. However, it is a paid service, although the 8 hour trial is very useful.

or you could just buy a used iMac on ebay for around $150 - 200 bucks and really test.
I dust mine off now and then when a Mac client claims to have a problem.
