Editable drop downs

I want to use editable dropdown in my application.Can anyone suggest how do I achieve this?

Do you mean when a user selects something from one dropdown, the next dropdown's selections are altered to match the first selection?

Hi Birdman,
What I mean to say is, I have a drop down in my page when user selects an option and tries to edit the content of the option,he should be able to do it nd once he is done(meaning the focus is changed) then the edited content should be saved as the option...Hope am clear now..
