I currently just use htm pages on my web site. I would to create a page when someone clicks on an external link that it comes into a page with a link back to my site from the top. I know that i can create a framed page for each external link, but its a little long winded for me, so is there a simple way for me to do this using maybe 1 or 2 pages?
