Awesome article here that I CANNOT find

There was a post written by someone here not to long ago about how to build the best web page from scratch. I read it at work and thought I cannot wait until I get home to read this. Now I have lost it. All I remember was it started with the head and went on through. Could someone please point me to it? Thank you.
