need some help with getting some poems online

help with getting poems online

Hi,

I am trying to display some valentine's , which are poems , printed on paper. I don't know the best way , or the code to get them on line.

I have 10 poems, I was thinking of putting one poem on each page, with a simple checkout button at the bottom.

Can somebody help please?

I must be missing something. Why do you need a checkout button for a poem? Are you talking about poems or about greeting cards? Are you selling something?

If you are trying to sell greeting cards, you should scan in the image and then load the image and text into a shopping cart application.

If you know little or nothing about the process, you should find a web host that will set it up for you. Many hosts, for example, will set up a shopping cart like osCommerce and you won't have to know any code whatsoever - just be able to scan images and to type. That's probably your best bet.

Well, I thought I had it, but I need help!

Here's the thing, I have 7 valentine's day poems, and I want to display them as thumnails and then have them open up so people can see them and buy them.

I've tried to put in the proper code, but it's not working.

Please help!

not nearly enough info to be able to help you. need to know how you are trying to put them online. what they are exactly,
how are you going to sell them, are they images, greeting cards, hard copy or digital,
what are we talking about here?

I host my own poetry site, I have no idea what you mean by you want to sell these poems. It doesnt quiet make sense to me.

if your poems are just poems, and not cards or written fancy on some sort of plaque or something like that whats stopping someone from reading the poem writing it on paper and showing it to someone.
