embedding Real Player Problem

got sound but no video

We are attempting to embed a real player clip for customers to preview movies in a online store. The problem is that we get the sound but no video. I am hoping that someone has had this problem beforeand has a solution. I can not find anything on Google pertaining to this issue.

I have not called real yet, although we do have tech support via them since we use the real servers. I did have some oter folks in the office try it today on their computers and they can all play it with no problems....so it looks like its a PC/browser issue for me :)
