I do a lot of repetetive emails. I have to create notes for all communications with clients. What happens is I click a box that says "create note" Javascript opens a browser window with a subject line. I enter my subject line and then click save. I used to send myself an email from hotmail (they to have a subject line) that had the information I was looking to type all the time. Then, when I went back to work, I would just put the cursor in the subject line and type the first letter of the phrase and a drop down would appear with the previous similar type of subject lines. This was such a time saver. I have recently used tracks eraser pro, and now I cannot get them back and they are not allowing me to create them again in hotmail. How do I do this again?

That was an "autofill" feature of the browser you use. The only way to get that populated again (assuming the feature is still turned on in your current browser) is to type the information again. The next time you type the first letter of the phrase in the entry box you'll get the autofill suggestion box.

Cheers

PS: It worked when I typed the subject line here as well. The drop down is also resizeable as well. Is this information stored as a .txt file somewhere that I could quickly manipulate.

Well, *that* depends on the browser. For my installation of Firebird, this is at C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Phoenix\Profiles\default\80yey3nw.slt\formhistory.dat, but edititing it is quite out of the question (weird encoding).
