Html signature

Html signature showing as attachment in web browsers

Hi,

i am trying to create a html signature. It works fine in outlook but in web based mails all the images show as attachments.

1.) Images are located on a web server.
2.) I have created a html file and added it as signature from the options in tools menu in outlook.

Is their anyway solution to this problem?

Some web based e-mail won't show remote images for security reasons. Some spammers and others, for that matter, use images as web bugs to track the e-mail. How e-mail looks to the recipient is really up to the client that's used to view it and to the preferences of the recipient. I don't even view e-mail in HTML until I know exactly what it is and who it's from, for instance.

Thanks pat for your reply... when we recieve newsletters on hotmail we dont see the images as attachments. when that too is html and images located on remote server.
