Yahoo mail shows html email images as attachments?

Yahoo mail strips tags?

When I send html email to yahoo mail(images w/absolute paths to server)
somehow images are shown as attachments down below the message!
What is the work around?

This issue came up last summer here -- [webmasterworld.com...]

So far no workaround I know of. It's just something Yahoo does.

I understand that Yahoo behaves funky! than how come other html messages we view does not behave the same way?
Is there a specific tag may be needs to be inserted <embed>?
it is really annoying.. I would really appreciate if there is a magic solution to this retarded browser...
