How do I reload a modified UserContent.css in Mozilla?

Okay, it is about a CSS file, but very browser specific...

Hi there,

I've been using Mozilla's UserContent.css file for a while, mainly for ad blocking. However, it occured to me that every time I make a change in this file, I have to close and restart Mozilla to see the changes. Does anybody know if there is a way to do this without closing the browser? Like with some JavaScript commando, or applying a browser setting?

I think you have to restart everytime.
